Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code. Check spam, and make sure the address is typed right. Codes expire after 10 minutes; request a new one from the sign-in screen. If you signed up with Apple or Google, use that button instead.

The restaurant isn’t in search. Tap “Add it by hand” at the bottom of the results. Independent and brand-new places are often missing from map data; adding them helps everyone.

A dish on a menu is wrong. Open the dish and tap Edit, or report it from the ⋯ menu.

How do I delete my account? Settings → Delete account. Details at /delete-account.

Someone is bothering me. Block them from their profile; they vanish from your PlateBook and you from theirs. Report content from the ⋯ menu.
